 A ) For nationwide delivery, we will ship within 2-5 business days after transaction. 

Out-of-stock items will be shipped after they become available.

For local delivery, we will deliver your order within 48 hours after transaction.

 A ) Please contact us for damage during delivery. After confirming the delivery status with the delivery company, we will arrange for re-delivery. Regarding insurance program, please note that the contents of the insurance program differ depending on the delivery method.  Please take the photo of outside inside the packages  & Broken items.
