At our own factory in Shizuoka, we boiled tuna that had been loosened into flakes in soy sauce and added dried bonito flakes to the flavor. The bonito flakes have a rich flavor due to the addition of extra-thick bonito flakes.
It can be used as a condiment for udon noodles and somen noodles, and as an ingredient for rice balls. No chemical seasoning is used.

静岡自社工場でフレーク状にほぐしたまぐろを醤油で煮つけ、風味付に鰹節を加えました。極厚の削り節を加えているので鰹節が風味豊かに香ります。
うどんやそうめんの薬味としても、おにぎりの具材などにもご利用いただけます。化学調味料不使用。
