Return / Refund Policy

Returns

No returns or exchanges are available once the order is shipped. If you receive a damaged or broken product, please contact us by email with photos of the item(s) in question within 7 days. We will arrange for re-delivery after investigation with the delivery company.
 

Cancel

We accept cancellation before we ship your order. Please contact us by email to info@dainobu.us with a request to cancel your order. Please note that we do not accept cancellation and no refund will be issued once the order is shipped.

 

返品に関して

商品出荷後の返品・交換はお受け致しかねます。 梱包ダメージがあった、商品が故障していた、中身が間違っていたなどの場合は、お手数おかけいたしますが商品の写真・梱包の写真を添えて7日以内にメールにてお知らせくださいませ。 確認ののち、すぐに再発送の手続きを取らせていただきます。

キャンセルに関して

出荷する前までキャンセルを受け付けております。 info@dainobu.usまでメールにてキャンセルのリクエストをお送りくださいませ。 商品の出荷後にご連絡をいただいた場合は、申し訳ございませんが、キャンセル・返金は致しかねます。
