A cooking liquor (brewed seasoning) brewed using the sake brewing technology of the sake "Nenohi". In order to enhance the seasoning effect, it is made by brewing rice with a low degree of pearling and leaving a lot of five flavors (sweet, acid, can, bitterness, umami) and miscellaneous flavors.

清酒「ねのひ」の酒造技術を生かして醸造された料理酒(醸造調味料)です。調味効果をより高くする為、精白度を低くして五味(甘・酸・鹹(カン)・苦・旨み)や雑味を多く残した米を醸造して作られています。
