A bean confectionery made by deep-frying peas to make them crispy and finishing them with a spicy wasabi coating on a crispy batter.

Also known as 'Wasabi Peas', these green peas have been roasted to release all of their delicious savoury flavours, then covered in a wasabi-seasoned crunchy coating for texture and spice. These are a favourite snack food in Japan and are particularly delicious served with an ice cold beer!
