Recommended use is once a week.
1. Remove the pack from the bag with dry hands. With the transparent film facing you, lightly open the cut part with your fingers, then peel off the film.
*There is no cut part for areas of concern.
*Please use the pack once opened.
2. Wet the area where the pack will be applied (nose, forehead, chin, etc.) evenly and generously with water.
3. After wiping your wet hands, apply the smooth side to your skin and make it adhere.
4. Let dry until the pack hardens.
(Summer: about 10-15 minutes / spring, autumn, winter: about 5-10 minutes)
*Please note that if the pack is dried too much, it will become too hard, and if you force it off, the skin may come off and damage your skin.
5. Peel off slowly little by little from around.
*Please do not peel off from one side at once.
