Uses yuzu from Kochi prefecture. Uses green yuzu peel and chili pepper. After the spicy taste, a slight scent of yuzu is scented. Use it as a condiment for udon noodles, somen noodles, hot pot dishes, yakitori, oden, and as a secret ingredient in cooking.
