Cooking method:
1. Bake in an oven toaster until the surface of the rice cake begins to brown (3-4 minutes for 1000W).
2. Do not open the door of the oven toaster, turn off the switch, and leave it for about 2 minutes. The mochi is fluffy and cooked.
