Tenobe Somen "Ibonoito" is made from carefully selected wheat and Ako salt, and has been cultivated in a rich climate suitable for making somen. It is a masterpiece of the Banshu region that has been carefully crafted by craftsmen while aging many times using the traditional hand-rolled manufacturing method that has been passed down for about 600 years.
