手間をかけて丁寧に栽培された有機米・有機大豆を使い、中央アルプスのふもとで仕込み熟成させました。味の決め手となる米麹の割合は12割。

まろやかな味わいの中に米麹のコクを感じていただける、照りが鮮やかな白粒味噌の減塩タイプです。(100gあたりの食塩相当量7.7g)※「糀の花無添加オーガニック味噌」に対して塩分25%カット
